This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the spa & wellness center was a highlight, where I indulged in a full body massage and body wrap. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a sun terrace was a great spot to relax. the exceptional service provided by the staff made me feel like royalty. the restaurant provided delicious meals and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.
One minor issue was the noise level in my room, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the central location of the hotel, which made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the festive atmosphere. the breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options and high-quality food. I especially enjoyed the festive treats and seasonal specialties.
There were a few aspects that disappointed me. the noise level in my room, especially on the first floor, was quite high.

Business class room had a great view of the pool and a well-stocked espresso machine. Breakfast had a delicious selection of fresh bread and cheeses. Cafe Citta had excellent quality food and friendly servers. The bar by the pool had an inviting atmosphere and great staff. The hotel is centrally located and has a clean lobby with good business center.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. Its location was perfect, as I was able to walk to all the main sights and restaurants in the city center. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive, especially the World Class gym and swimming pool. I was able to enjoy a refreshing swim, although the weekends can get a little crowded. Furthermore, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Lastly, I loved the breakfast, which provided a good selection of food and drinks.

After a tiring day, the complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite was the perfect surprise. The Sharkia restaurant served amazing food to make up for a closed outdoor pool. I had a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The spacious and comfortable room had a fantastic view of the pool area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast service was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh bread and delicious cheeses. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also had a fantastic dining experience at the Prime restaurant, with an excellent menu to choose from.

The hotel is located in a central area, very close to the city center. The Italian restaurant offers delicious food and a great atmosphere. The sushi restaurant serves a fantastic virgin mojito that satisfies even those who do not consume alcohol. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Some guests have reported issues with broken air conditioning and forgetful staff during check-in and room service orders.
